At BareRoots Footwear, we want you to feel completely connected to the ground you walk on, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all our minimalist shoes. If your new footwear doesn't provide the perfect natural fit, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange for unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the footwear back in its original BareRoots box and include all original tags and inserts to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
